From a round corm that sits atop the ground, these cute rock garden size perennials burst forth in late fall with small, rounded, quarter-sized pewter leaves. The small clumps of these Cyclamen coum are adorned in late winter (January, February in NC) by 2″ tall flowers, ranging from light to medium pink. Cyclamen coum clumps go summer-dormant and prefer to be very dry during this rest period. This can be accomplished by planting them under the canopy of large shrubs or deciduous trees.
