Narrow Shrub Rake with 8in Head

Narrow 8-Inch Rake Headr10 Reinforced Steel TinesrThrough-Bolt Connectionr54-Inch Hardwood HandlerrNarrow Shrub Rake with 8in Head is the tool you grab when debris is trapped where a full-size leaf rake can’t fit. The 8-inch head slips between shrubs and perennials, and the continuous steel flat tines give you springy pull yet are sturdy. A reinforced spring allows you to dig into damp leaf pockets, then the tines return to shape. We recommend it for pruning cleanup in tight foundation beds, especially around evergreens where clippings love to hide.rThe 54-inch hardwood handle gives you reach so you’re not kneeling to fish leaves out from under low branches. The 1-inch diameter feels steadier than slimmer handles and helps reduce hand fatigue when you’re doing repetitive short rakes. The head is bolted through the handle instead of relying on a simple screw, which helps the connection stay tight season after season.rProduct SpecsrrHead width: 8 inchesrTine count: 10rHandle: 54 in long, 1 in diameter hardwoodrShipping weight: 1.5 lbrrProduct TipsrrUse short pulls toward you to lift leaves from under shrub canopies without snagging stems.rFor wet leaf piles, rake in smaller bites and let the spring tension do the work.rTurn it sideways to comb between stems, then finish with a straight pull to clear the pocket.rAfter seeding, flip the rake and lightly drag the back side to mix seed into the top layer.rShipping carriers apply an additional handling fee due to the tool’s dimensions.rrFAQsrWhat is this rake best for?rCleaning leaves and pruning clippings from tight spaces between shrubs, perennials, and along edges where wider rakes can’t reach.rHow wide is the head and how many tines does it have?rThe head is 8 inches wide and has 10 steel tines.rWhat makes the head-to-handle connection more durable?rThe head is secured with a through-bolt that passes all the way through the handle, which helps prevent loosening over time.rIs the handle comfortable for longer use?rYes.
