Persicaria microcephala ‘Silver Dragon’ PP 16,421

Persicaria ‘Silver Dragon’ is the most distinctive of the new persicaria hybrids from Terra Nova. This dramatic plant has foliage that is primarily silver, with an olive-green border and a central red leaf vein. The new growth emerges with a red overlay that quickly disappears. The leaves adorn the arching red-purple stems, forming a 3′ tall x 5′ wide clump, topped in summer with sprays of white baby’s-breath-like flowers…very stunning!
