| Heptacodium miconioides ‘Temple of Bloom’ | USDA Zone: 5-9 |
Temple of Bloom® Seven-Son Flower is an outstanding tall shrub or small tree featuring clusters of fragrant white flowers in mid to late summer; spent flowers fall to reveal bright red bracts that are equally showy; open, upright-sprawling habit of growth, benefits from regular pruning.
Four seasons of beauty. Seven-Son Flower has always been an under-used shrub: let’s change that! Temple of Bloom® Heptacodium was years in development and improves on the straight species with a more compact habit and an earlier bloom, which means that its cherry-red bracts show up sooner for a memorable fall display. Handsome, high quality foliage and attractive peeling bark make this truly a plant for all seasons.
Temple of Bloom® Seven-Son Flower is the perfect choice for a special spot in your landscape. Plant it where it can be seen, often, and enjoyed any time of the year.
