Winter Savory is valued for both culinary and ornamental purposes. It has a peppery, slightly piney flavor that’s excellent for seasoning meats, stews, and bean dishes. It attracts pollinators and has some deer resistance. It can be used as a small hedge in herb gardens or as edging in perennial borders.
