Eternal Love Combination

Speckled pink‑and‑white petunia stars pour over the rim, pure white mini petunias fill every gap, and hot‑pink globe amaranth pops straight up through the middle. Eternal Love splashes romantic color from late spring until frost. Supertunia® Lovie Dovie™ drapes up to three feet, each white bloom painted with a candy‑pink star. Supertunia® Mini Vista™ White packs the planter with snow‑bright flowers, keeping the look fresh in midsummer heat. Center stage, Truffula™ Pink gomphrena rises 24 inches and tops itself with dozens of cotton‑candy pom‑poms that stay showy even after rain.Heat‑tolerant genetics make this Proven Winners® recipe a reliable performer from the humid Southeast to the arid West. All three components shrug off brief dry spells, lure butterflies and hummingbirds, and require no deadheading. Lovie Dovie and Mini Vista adopt a mounding‑to‑trailing habit, perfect for window boxes or the front edge of mixed borders, while Truffula Pink gives the arrangement vertical punch and provides long‑lasting cut or dried flowers. Try Eternal Love in porch planters, street‑side containers, sunny patios, or landscape beds for a carefree, continuous display.Eternal Love Combination CarePlant in a 12‑ to 14‑inch pot filled with a well‑draining, peat‑based mix. Site the container where it receives six hours of sun; a touch of afternoon shade is fine in hot zones and helps the white petals stay crisp. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry, allowing excess to drain—these petunias dislike soggy roots. Feed every two weeks with a balanced water‑soluble fertilizer to keep flowers coming and color intense.Truffula™ Pink is technically perennial in frost‑free zones (USDA 9‑11), though most gardeners treat the whole combo as an annual and replant each spring. Indoors, Lovie Dovie and Mini Vista can overwinter under bright lights if you enjoy a challenge; cut stems back by half, keep temperatures above 55 °F, and water sparingly to keep the roots alive.Eternal Love Combination SpacingFor hanging baskets or patio bowls, use the three plants supplied: center the gomphrena, then place each petunia opposite the other to create an even skirt—one kit fills a 10‑ to 12‑inch container. In landscape beds, group kits 20 inches apart for a seamless carpet of pink and white. Stepping up to a 16‑inch pot? Double the recipe and add one extra Truffula Pink for taller drama without crowding the spillers.
