Umbrella Palm is a aquatic perennial with tall stems and grass-like brackets at the tip forming an umbrella. A fast grower that may flop if becomes to tall and take root- it spreads easy so it is best planted in a container. Grows best in full sun with moist to standing water and rich soils. Will die back if exposed to frost.
